Refund

We accept returns at the time of delivery in case the product is wrong, defective, damaged or spoiled before the expiry date. We will issue credit to your account on our website equivalent to the value of returned product/s. We accept no returns once item/s are accepted by you. At Swadesh Supermarket we always believe in customer satisfaction, for any reason if you are still unhappy with our product, please feel free to call us and we will be happy to let you if we can make an exception.

Cancellation

• If you have to cancel your order during the delivery process, we issue full refund.
• If you are unreachable at the time of delivery, we may cancel your order on your behalf. Please note, we charge 15$ restocking fee.
• If you have selected Cash on delivery, our standard procedure is to call and confirm the day and time of delivery. If customer is consistently found to be unavailable at pre-set delivery day and time, we may consider blocking any further delivery to customer.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, food products, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
